Thank you for sharing all these simple yet yummy recipes. May the Lord bless you and lay His mighty and healing hands on you. Have a merry and blessed Christmas. Last Sunday, Pastor said ‘Jesus’ means Saviour – all merciful, mighty and powerful.

P.s. I have not tried any of your recipes; just stumbled upon them today. Will go marketing tomorrow and try the healthy veg soup and pig tail and peanut soup. Thanks again.

  4. Dear Rose

I have a friend who just had mastectomy done and is recovering very well, thank God. This morning someone sent me your link and in your intro, you mention about recovering from breast cancer. This is heaven sent!

As I live closest to the hospital, I offered to take food to her as we all know what hospital (private or not) food is like, but I don’t really know what is good and what to avoid.

Would appreciate if you can give me some advise.
I’ve heard that burdock root is good.

Would appreciate if you could email me instead.
    Thanking in advance.
